Supervising Physician - Eating Disorders (Mountain Time Zone) (Remote)

About the Role
Equip Health is hiring a board-certified Family Medicine or Med-Peds physician for a fully remote Supervising Physician role focused on eating disorder treatment. This telehealth position involves direct patient care and clinical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive medical assessments and evidence-based treatment for eating disorder patients.
- Monitor medical stability and coordinate care with medical assistants and nurses.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary virtual team including therapists, dietitians, and peer mentors.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff and advanced practice providers.
- Document care in electronic medical records and participate in team meetings.
Requirements
- MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Med-Peds.
- Active unrestricted medical license with willingness to obtain multiple state licenses.
- Minimum 3 years clinical practice with supervisory experience.
- Experience in telehealth preferred.
- Experience in eating disorder management preferred but not required.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range $250,000 to $275,000 annually.
- Flexible work schedule prioritizing afternoon and early evening shifts in Mountain or Pacific Time zones.
- No call and no weekend work.
- Licensure costs covered.
