Requirements
- Education, licensure, certifications, and experience: Must possess a current and valid fingerprint clearance card (FPCC).
- Must possess a current and valid Occupational Therapy license.
- Must possess a current and valid CPR certification.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

- Per Diem position.
- Day shift only - no nights.
