About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Registered Nurse on the Big Island Visits team in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, enabling them to remain independent.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing care including medication administration, wound care, and treatments.
• Perform client assessments and provide education to patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions and document all care activities using electronic tablets.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Hawaii.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Minimum one year nursing experience.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and inclusive culture.
