Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Master of Social Work (MSW) required Minimum one year experience in a health-related field required.

Experience with database software or electronic medical record software required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS LCSW preferred.

Hospice experience preferred.
