Key Responsibilities

The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for providing safe and effective medication therapy to achieve optimal patient outcomes and ensuring the completion and documentation of all work, including that performed by technicians. This role requires adherence to National Patient Safety Goals based on the level of patient contact.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and hold a current Oklahoma Pharmacy license, along with completing 15 hours of approved continuing education annually. Additional requirements include effective English communication, and specific location assignments may require a valid Oklahoma State Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
