will work collaboratively with our talented team of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation providers to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

will be Outpatient and provide coverage for PTO for other Physicians Inpatient PTO coverage is Dyer and Crown Point as well Current Outpatient/Ambulatory focus are: EMGs Botox- Spasticity & Migraine Management Pain Management/Interventions Prosthetics & Orthotics Well-established practice Experienced clinical support staff WHO WE ARE: Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care ministry with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana and Illinois.

Requirements

Required Physician License (MD/DO)

Upon Hire Required – and

Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate)

Upon Hire Required Basic Life Support Program (BLS)
