• will work collaboratively with our talented team of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation providers to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

• will be Outpatient and provide coverage for PTO for other Physicians Inpatient PTO coverage is Dyer and Crown Point as well Current Outpatient/Ambulatory focus are: EMGs Botox- Spasticity & Migraine Management Pain Management/Interventions Prosthetics & Orthotics Well-established practice Experienced clinical support staff WHO WE ARE: Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care ministry with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana and Illinois.

Requirements

• Required Physician License (MD/DO)

• Upon Hire Required – and

• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate)

• Upon Hire Required Basic Life Support Program (BLS)
