As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in this role, you will provide outpatient therapy services to adult residents that live onsite at the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.

Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech

Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC
