Key Responsibilities
- Provides peer support and consultation to clients in the POWER program.
- Degree and scope of service intervention vary based on program as well as the changing needs of the individual.
Requirements
- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING EDUCATION: Bachelor’s in social work, psychology, rehabilitation or a related field.
- Associate’s degree and HS diploma candidates with experience will be considered on a case by case basis.
- EXPERIENCE: Direct experience with the community behavioral health system TRAINING: Basic understanding of mental health services and role of peers in mental health services.
- LICENSURE: Valid New Jersey Driver’s License.
