The James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) located in North Chicago, Illinois is the nation's only fully integrated facility that supports Active Duty Naval service members, Naval recruits, and our nation's Veterans. Our mission is to 'Ready Warriors and Care For Heroes'. With this, we are actively seeking a highly qualified, board-certified Physician to join our team.

The Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) will provide support to the facility staff (including both East and West campuses) and have supervisory responsibility for the Telehealth Program. CMIO serves as the principal liaison between Information Resources Management (IRM) Service for the Federal Electronic Health Record (FEHR) and clinical staff. The incumbent utilizes comprehensive knowledge of information technology to coordinate and facilitate the implementation of a wide variety of information technologies in support of clinical programs throughout the campus. This position will have an assigned panel of patients of at least 50% of the time and has responsibility for providing comprehensive, high-quality, cost-effective healthcare services and consultation to all patients.
