  • Workflow: Provides administrative support and direction in the day to day operation of the assigned unit.
  • Develops short and long term goals for the unit which are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manages time and resources effectively by managing multiple priorities with appropriate delegation.
  • Develops, implements, and supports activities and/or projects that promote patient satisfaction within a patient centered care framework to achieve best practice targets.
