Join WellSpan Health as a Case Management Social Worker – Full Time, Weekend Rotation in United States. Schedule Full-Time: 80 Hours/Biweekly Hours: Monday through Friday 10:30-7:00 with weekend rotation. General Summary Plans, organizes and implements social work for patients and families.
