This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

provide medical care to patients of Fargo, ND and the surrounding area.

provide botox procedures with nitrous, propofol, mod sedation with ARU staff and anesthesia Sanford Health S.

provide consultation and nonsurgical therapeutic treatment to inpatients and outpatients of all ages with ph.

provide his/her residency or fellowship log.

Requirements

Experience can be demonstrated in one of the following ways: An applicant who has just completed a residency shall provide his/her residency or fellowship log.

The applicant must be able to demonstrate active involvement in at least 25 Physical Medicine and Rehab cases in the last 12 months.

OR If a quality profile is not available from the hospital(s) where the applicant currently has privileges, documentation of the applicant’s clinical activity for the past 12 months is required.
