About the Role
Join Vinfen as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in United States. Overview The Speech and Language Therapist evaluates and summarizes an individual’s receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language and writes Communication Evaluations. He/she also develops treatment plans for each individual, as needed for communication & speech.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides skilled communication assessments on all individuals at least every two years or more frequently when there is a significant change in a member’s status.
- Creates communication goals and objectives. Provides Support Agreements for individuals as indicated to his/her current and anticipated needs.
- Reviews and provides input on referral information for potential new members.
- As needed, evaluates and treats swallowing disorders in individuals served.
Requirements
- Knowledge and use of different communication methods used and learning styles
- Knowledge of computers applications and equipment
- Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Code of Ethics
