Key Responsibilities

• Physicians provide primary and/or specialty medical care in a variety of ambulatory, home and long-term care settings.

• The Physician is responsible for providing medical leadership to advanced practice providers such as Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

• The Physician will function in collaboration with providers according to a Collaboration Arrangement.

• The Physician’s practice will focus on caring for the seriously ill population while providing advanced primary care capabilities to assist patients and families with comfort and quality of life.
