Help
Assist in child and youth team sports, age-appropriate fitness and health initiatives, skill-building clinics, and community outreach
- Assist in managing an active program of volunteer coaches and coach certification.
- Assist with providing program oversight and accountability for the performance of staff and safety of program participants.
- Trains and monitors coaches in accordance with National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA) guidelines. Supervises volunteers as required
- Assist supervisor in developing and managing budget and procurement of supplies and equipment. Collect and maintain up-to-date statistical data for planning and reports

Perform a full range of supervisory functions to staff and assist in recruitment and selection actions. Prepare reports, surveys, and briefings for the command and installation on matters pertaining to CYS.
