Key Responsibilities

• will be provided through a Hybrid Care Model telemedicine + In-person, to patients of our Community Health Center partners.

• will be implemented in both the individual and group therapy setting, with a focus of engaging patients in their treatment plan.

• provide services to patients across the country through integrated psychiatric medication management, substa.

• provide counseling and therapy treatment to our patients.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $68,000 to $78,000 annually.
