Key Responsibilities

& RESPONSIBILITIES Provides ongoing coaching, development, and oversight for a team of NPs and at least one NP Lead.

Oversee NP operations in more than one program, which includes onboarding of new NPs, training, clinical competence, meeting performance metrics, talent management and evaluation of NPs.

Conducts site visits, Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) and Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) and standardized audits of nurse practitioner work and patient results.

Collaborates with Ops leadership to develop and execute market budgets, population health initiatives, performance metrics, and resource allocation.
