Staff Psychologist or Therapist

About the Role

The Claremont Colleges Services seeks a Staff Psychologist or Therapist to provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and outreach to college students in Claremont, California.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and provide individual, couples, and group therapy.
• Participate in crisis on-call rotation.
• Provide outreach and consultation to student groups.
• Supervise post-doctoral fellows.
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in team meetings.

Requirements

• LMFT/LCSW degree or doctoral degree (PhD/PsyD) in clinical or counseling psychology.
• Licensed in California.
• Minimum 2 years experience in college counseling.

• Monthly pay $8,000 - $9,200 over 10 months ($96,000 - $110,400 annually).
