About the Role

Join Necco as a IHBT Therapist in United States. Position Summary: Necco has an opportunity for a career as an Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Therapist. In this role, you will deliver intensive home-based treatment services to you facing significant emotional and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities

develop robust coping mechanisms, preventing the need for out-of-home placement, or aiding in a seamless tra.

lead for cases, developing, writing, and coordinating individual treatment plans.

Implement best practice treatment models to ensure effective intervention strategies and Individual and Family.

Requirements

Consult with parents/caregivers, school personnel, probation officers, or other treatment team members to address client’s diagnosis, progress and barriers as needed.

Maintain prior authorizations for each client (if applicable)

Delivers services to clients across multiple environments, including in

home and community

Work Schedule
