Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner: Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
- Physician Assistant: Graduation from an accredited PA program
- Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA license and Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license (or ability to obtain)
