Position Overview Inabia is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join the outpatient rehabilitation team in Sacramento, California. The position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys hands-on patient care, strong interdisciplinary collaboration, and a consistent weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Perform evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and deliver therapy services based on patient needs.

Provide daily treatments, track functional progress, and support discharge planning.

Collaborate closely with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams.

Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

Requirements

Active California Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to practice in the state, required.

Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

Schedule Shift: 5 x 8 Day shifts.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

No weekends required.

Day shift only - no nights.
