Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join the Community Mercy Home Health team.

Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to determine therapy needs.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include exercises’, adaptive techniques, and use of assistive devices to improve patients functional abilities.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association and hold an active state OT license.
