Key Responsibilities

Personalized Care Plans: Treatment is tailored to each patient’s goals, with a focus on restoring independence and transitioning safely back home.
Assist with patient scheduling and post treatment charges to patient records daily.
Maintain treatment equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
Ensure compliance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and applicable laws and professional standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Must demonstrate strong communication, time management, and clinical documentation skills.

Requirements

Your experience matters!
License: Licensed and eligible to practice as a COTA in the state where services are rendered.
Certifications: CPR certification required.

Benefits & Compensation

Intensive Therapy Model: Patients receive at least three hours of therapy per day, five days a week, under the supervision of a rehabilitation physician and 24-hour rehab nursing.
