Key Responsibilities

Use music therapy interventions to treat patients according to individualized treatment plan.

Develop and implement individualized treatment to meet the needs of each patient and therapeutic milieu served.

Performs assessments to determine deficits, strengths, functioning needs, and precautions addressable through music therapy.

Determine role of music therapy in treatment, establish treatment goals, and formulate interventions strategies based on assessed needs.

Requirements

Qualifications Required Bachelors degree in music therapy or a Music Therapy equivalency.

Board certification (MT-BC) through the Certification Board for Music Therapists.

Qualifications (Preferred) Preferred Master's degree in music therapy.

Two years related experience.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
