About the Role

Join Adena Health as a Staff Pharmacist – Variable Schedule in [object Object]. The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for the safe, therapeutic and rational preparation and dispensing of drugs within the Adena Health System. This position ensures compliance with all applicable laws, accrediting standards, health system policies and sound pharmaceutical ethics.

Key Responsibilities

• Physician drug orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner, inpatient, outpatient and/or retail.

• Ensures sterile and non

• sterile medications are compounded accurately using generally accepted pharmacy principles.

• Pharmacy operations are completed and documented accurately and in a timely manner. Proficient in all necessary IT systems.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Program in Pharmacy

• Current license to practice Pharmacy in the State of Ohio,

• Immunization Certification dependent on area assigned Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years in area of assignment

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
