Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual, group, and family-oriented therapy sessions to address client needs and promote recovery.

• Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered, client progress, and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with clients, their families, case managers, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.

• NPI number and Ohio Medicaid ID are preferred and required to start work.

• Education: A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Bachelors may be accepted with additional licensure and experience Certification: Current licensure or provisional licensure in the state services are rendered.
