Join PACS as a Speech Therapist in United States. Speech Therapist (SLP) – Colonial Vista Post Acute, Wenatchee, WA Pay: $45–$55 per hour (DOE) PRN Rate: $50–$65 per hour Come see what we’re all about! Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients within 24 hours (or one business day) of physician referral and document any delays.
  • Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans with physician approval.
  • Provide direct therapy services in line with the prescribed care plan.
  • Supervise SLP Assistants and clinical fellows per state practice standards.

Requirements

  • Participate in patient care conferences and staff in
  • service training sessions.
  • Instruct families and caregivers in therapy techniques and discharge planning.
  • Maintain compliance with Washington State SLP licensure requirements and professional standards. Qualifications
