About the Role

Join PACS as a Speech Therapist in United States. Speech Therapist (SLP) – Colonial Vista Post Acute, Wenatchee, WA Pay: $45–$55 per hour (DOE) PRN Rate: $50–$65 per hour Come see what we’re all about! Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients within 24 hours (or one business day) of physician referral and document any delays.

Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans with physician approval.

Provide direct therapy services in line with the prescribed care plan.

Supervise SLP Assistants and clinical fellows per state practice standards.

Requirements

Participate in patient care conferences and staff in

service training sessions.

Instruct families and caregivers in therapy techniques and discharge planning.

Maintain compliance with Washington State SLP licensure requirements and professional standards. Qualifications
