Key Responsibilities

• *ADA Essential Functions PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequent physical travel through pharmacy and patient care areas along with the ability to stand, sit and climb stairs Occasional lifting up to 30lbs.

• Job Qualification High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

• Knowledge of Pharmacy Science and Practice as normally acquired through completion of a five (5) year Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.

• Must possess current license to practice Pharmacy in New York State.
