Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients and families; document per TriHealth and unit guidelines.
- Develop and update individualized plans of care based on assessment findings and patient needs.
- Provide holistic, safe, and therapeutic nursing care across acute and/or hospice settings.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and interprofessional care teams.
Requirements
- 24 Hours Weekly Shift: Nights
- 7:00am Hospital: Bethesda North Hospital (Observation / CDU) Work Arrangement: On‑site, inpatient observation unit
Benefits & Compensation
- Signing bonus: $2,500.
Work Schedule
- Part-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
- Flexible scheduling available.
