• & Responsibilities Provides efficient and effective patient care according to adopted clinical standards relevant to the appropriate scope of licensure and certification.

• Meets established peer review outcomes.

• Meets patient satisfaction expectations.

• Meets coding documentation standards in EHR.

Requirements

• Completes inbox/PAQ items within designated timeframe.

• Participates constructively as a clinical team member.

• Communicates readily with InterCare’s CEO and CMO on matters of shared concern and provides input on pending matters upon request.

• Meets staff satisfaction expectations.
