Key Responsibilities

Ensuring that patients receive optimal postoperative care through monitoring vital signs and conducting assessments.

Providing comfort measures to ensure patient's comfort as they recover from anesthesia.

Administering medications, pain relief, and IV fluids as prescribed by the physician.

Educating patients on their recovery progress and answering any questions they may have.

Work Schedule

per-diem schedule.

Day shift only - no nights.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing, preferably holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and possess a New Hampshire or Compact State Registered Nurse License. Required qualifications include the ability to obtain BLS certification during orientation, with ACLS being preferred.
