REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.

Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy.

Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).

PREFERRED Two (2) years of licensed clinical experience Work Hours: 7-4.
