Requirements
- Qualifications: Successful completion of an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nursing and graduate-level Nurse Practitioner Program (Master’s or Doctorate degree).
- National board certification in area of specialty.
- Current License to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Georgia.
- Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate.
