Department: 35160 Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - BCH Pediatrics: Critical Care Transport Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hours Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: PRN Pay Range $33.05 - $49.
Key Responsibilities
- will be done to promote and project a positive, courteous and a professional image of WFBMC Respiratory Care Services Demonstrates on-going involvement in the respiratory care profession Ability to demonstrate and perform advanced practice skills including: Endotracheal Intubation, Arterial Puncture, arterial sampling from indwelling lines, Umbilical Catheter Insertion, Needle Chest Decompression, Intraosseous Cannulation and External Jugular Cannulation Ability to demonstrate and perform competencies with administering NCRCB approved pharmacologic agents WORK ENVIRONMENT: Regular exposure to patient blood products from collecting/procuring specimens and wearing protective equipment in response to the blood products according to OSHA standards Exposure to infectious and contagious diseases (Airborne pathogens, hepatitis, TB, etc.
