About the Role

Join Opelousas General Health System as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Orthopaedic Spine in United States. We are looking for a dedicated Orthopedic Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our OGH healthcare team. The Orthopedic P.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create personalized treatment plans.

Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Perform joint injections and other orthopedic procedures as required.

Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on preventative care, medical conditions, and physical therapy practices.

Requirements

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant License

Specialty certification in Orthopedics preferred.

Proven experience in orthopedic nursing or related field.

Knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions and treatments, and orthopedic surgical procedures.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
