About the Role
Join Corewell Health as a Physician - Palliative Care - Grand Rapids, MI in United States. The Inpatient Palliative Care team is seeking a compassionate Physician to join them providing consults to hospitalized adult patients. You will join a growing group of physicians, advance practice providers, nurses, chaplains, and social workers along with administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- will work with our interdisciplinary team by providing health literacy, ascertain goals and then collaborate to find an appropriate treatment for patients.
