Key Responsibilities

• Direct Service and Support: Provides direct support to prescriber (ARNP or Psychiatrist) in serving clients.

• Collects basic vitals and completes medication reconciliation at each appointment with prescriber.

• Responds to phone calls from clients, pharmacies, hospitals, and other entities and directly coordinates with provider regarding client needs.

• Ensures clients have access to medication and/or refills in coordination with pharmacies, completion of prior authorizations, accessing samples, and utilization of the drug repository.
