About the Role

Join Ladgov Corporation as a Nurse Practitioner in United States. Location: Ogden, Utah Schedule: 12 hours per week (600 hours annually) Population: Students ages 16–24 Primary Responsibilities Conduct intake physical examinations and develop treatment plans. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Prescribe controlled and non-controlled medications within scope of authority.

Administer immunizations and preventive health services.

Requirements

Active, unrestricted Utah Nurse Practitioner license.

Valid DEA registration with prescribing authority.

Current professional liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence.

Experience in primary care; experience with adolescents/young adults preferred.

Work Schedule

Part-Time position.
