About the Role
Join Ladgov Corporation as a Nurse Practitioner in United States. Location: Ogden, Utah Schedule: 12 hours per week (600 hours annually) Population: Students ages 16–24 Primary Responsibilities Conduct intake physical examinations and develop treatment plans. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Prescribe controlled and non-controlled medications within scope of authority.
- Administer immunizations and preventive health services.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Utah Nurse Practitioner license.
- Valid DEA registration with prescribing authority.
- Current professional liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence.
- Experience in primary care; experience with adolescents/young adults preferred.
Work Schedule
- Part-Time position.
