- Assess home safety risks and recommend adaptive equipment or environmental modifications
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Current state Physical Therapist licensure
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
