About the Role

The Wilmot Cancer Institute at University of Rochester offers a 1-year postgraduate APP fellowship for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants seeking specialty training in adult hematology/oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical rotations in ambulatory and inpatient hematology/oncology.
• Specialty rotations including radiation oncology, palliative care, geriatric oncology, and hereditary cancer screening.
• Participate in education of learners.

Requirements

• NP: Master's degree, active NY RN and NP licenses, national NP certification.
• PA: Completion of ARC-PA approved program, active NY PA license, NCCPA certification.
• Strong clinical competence and communication skills.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range $65,125 - $84,662 annually.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Rotating shifts including days and nights.

Work Schedule

• Rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
