About the Role

Alina Telehealth seeks a part-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician licensed in Washington to provide outpatient telehealth consultations. This role focuses on benign hematology and oncology care in a structured telemedicine program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telehealth initial consults (40 minutes) and follow-ups (20 minutes).
  • Manage benign hematology/oncology cases with continuity of care.
  • Review labs within 24 hours.
  • Complete timely EMR documentation using OncoEMR (Flatiron).
  • Coordinate care with onsite teams including RNs, MAs, case managers, and schedulers.
  • Escalate complex cases through leadership pathways.
  • Participate in meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology & Oncology.
  • Washington Medical License or willingness to obtain.
  • DEA and background check clearance.
  • Minimum one-year commitment.
  • Telehealth-capable equipment.
