Key Responsibilities

• will serve clients in collaboration with the interprofessional team, in walk-in and as rostered patients, provide coverage for clients of other providers when on leave, support same day/urgent appointment requests, participate in interdisciplinary case reviews, and support clients in accessing services available across the centre.

Requirements

• up, consultation and health education Previous experience working with culturally diverse and marginalized populations Knowledge and training in trauma

• informed care, psychotherapy modalities are an asset Knowledge and understanding of the Community Health Centre model of health and well

• being Ability to work independently and be self

• directed Effective organizational, critical thinking, problem

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $74.82/hr.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
