Key Responsibilities

of the Registered Nurse position are to oversee paraprofessionals who provide services, as well as, provide direct nursing care to the people we support from the Behavioral Health Division of Monarch.

The nurse will be responsible for carrying out treatment and supportive care as directed by the Prescriber or Vice President of Operations according to service definition and best practices.

What You'll Do: Assess and document individuals' appropriateness for services, level of functioning, health status, mental status, medical history, medications, and medication compliance.

Educate individuals receiving services about mental illness and substance use disorder, participate in the development of discharge and referral plans.
