Key Responsibilities

  • of the Registered Nurse position are to oversee paraprofessionals who provide services, as well as, provide direct nursing care to the people we support from the Behavioral Health Division of Monarch.
  • The nurse will be responsible for carrying out treatment and supportive care as directed by the Prescriber or Vice President of Operations according to service definition and best practices.
  • What You'll Do: Assess and document individuals' appropriateness for services, level of functioning, health status, mental status, medical history, medications, and medication compliance.
  • Educate individuals receiving services about mental illness and substance use disorder, participate in the development of discharge and referral plans.
