POSITION SUMMARY The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supports BridgePrep Academy and affiliated campuses statewide. As a member of the Special Populations team, the SLP provides direct and consultative services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tools to assess students for speech and language disorders

• Participate in referral, eligibility, and IEP processes to support appropriate service planning

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned to students’ unique needs and educational goals

• Deliver direct and consultative services in individual and small

Requirements

• STUDENT SUCCESS METRICS

• All students receiving speech

• language services demonstrate measurable growth toward IEP goals

• 100% of IEPs and student records are compliant with IDEA, FERPA, and Medicaid documentation standards

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $70/hr.
