Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical support for oncology providers, infusion nurses, and care teams
• Ensure treatment plan verification, drug interaction screening, and chemotherapy regimen safety

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy with experience or Pharm. D. from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy. Degree required.
• Experience: PGY-1 residency required or equivalent clinical experience.
• Experience: PGY-2 Residency training in clinical oncology in a hospital setting
• Licensure/Certifications: Board Certification or equivalent certification specific to clinical area highly encouraged.
