About the Role
CommonSpirit Health seeks an RN Clinical Coordinator for the Operating Room in Lakewood, Colorado. This role supports Neuro and Trauma service lines in a Level I trauma center with 17 OR suites.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical and department activities including shift charge.
- Liaise between physicians and patient care teams.
- Supervise staff and assign duties.
- Assist with training, competency evaluation, and staffing.
- Oversee supplies and create preference cards.
- Occasionally assist in other OR areas.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- RN license in Colorado.
- Minimum 1 year direct OR nursing experience.
- Previous leadership or charge experience preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
- $20,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.
- Up to $8,000 relocation bonus.
- Eligibility for Clinical Ladder advancement.
Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week with variable shifts based on surgical volume.
- Approximately 4 call shifts per 6-week schedule.
- Typically no weekend call unless covering PTO.
- 30-minute callback radius required.
