Requirements

Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited school, complete ACGME accredited residency training in Internal Medicine, and be board certified or eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. An active, unobstructed Colorado medical license and full prescriptive authority/active DEA are also required.
