Requirements
- of two years of clinical Therapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment.
- EDUCATION: Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required.
- LICENSURE: WI state license as an Occupational Therapist is required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
