About the Role

Join ChristianaCare as a Registered Nurse (RN) PACU Newark Full-Time/Flex in United States. Job Details PACU - Post Anesthesia RN II Shift Requirements: Full-time/Flex 36 hours weekly. Flexible to work all shifts - Day/Evening/ Midnight Shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

and responsibilities: Demonstrates skills and knowledge vital to provide peri-operative care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including special needs.

Proficient in acquiring and interpreting medical information and to identify patient needs in order to provide the care vital to safely proceed with surgery.

Assists anesthesia with the administration of nerve blocks, and provide moderate sedation.

Prep and recover patients receiving general, MAC, moderate sedation, and local anesthesia.

Requirements

time/Flex 36 hours weekly. Flexible to work all shifts

Day/Evening/ Midnight Shift hours. Predominant shift will be 12
