Hospice RN - Fond Du Lac, Sheboygan, Manitowoc Area

Join Thedacare as a Hospice Registered Nurse serving Fond Du Lac, Sheboygan, Manitowoc, and Kewaunee after training in Appleton, WI. This full-time role involves managing a hospice patient caseload, coordinating care plans, and providing quality end-of-life care.

You will build strong relationships with facilities and interdisciplinary teams, complete inpatient admissions, and participate in on-call and holiday rotations. Current Wisconsin RN licensure is required, with a BSN preferred. Certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory, and the Trauma Nurse Core Course must be completed within 18 months if you have less than one year of ED experience.
